I’m Alejandra - a fitness and nutrition coach passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, rebuild confidence, and create wellness that feels good inside and out.

 

Over the years, I’ve seen so many women caught in cycles of frustration - chasing perfection, trying extreme plans, and feeling disconnected from themselves. My mission is to offer a different path: one rooted in mindfulness, balance, and healing.

 

Through strength training, simple nutrition guidance, and mindset support, I help women not only transform physically, but also feel empowered, at peace, and fully present in their own lives.

 

Here, wellness isn’t about restriction or pressure - it’s about freedom, confidence, and creating sustainable habits that support you long-term.
